Care with a personal touch. Pallara Medical has a strong focus on the patient experience. From a friendly and welcoming reception staff to GPs who take the time to really listen, you feel heard.
This comprehensive, holistic approach helps your GP interpret the X-ray results within your unique clinical context to support an accurate diagnosis. This detailed consultation isn’t merely about delivering results; it’s about translating complex findings into clear, understandable information for you, facilitating an informed discussion about your health. It forms the cornerstone of a truly tailored treatment plan, so that decisions about your care are relevant to you.
Once your X-ray has been completed at the imaging centre, the report and images are sent directly and securely to our clinic for your GP’s review. For medico-legal and privacy reasons, we do not accept physical X-ray images directly from patients; all results are downloaded electronically into our system.
We also provide specific urine drug screenings when necessary. These are typically conducted for particular requirements, such as certain occupational health assessments or commercial licence medicals, where the detection of specific substances is required.
Open Until 9pm on Wednesdays
Every Wednesday we keep our doors open until 9pm. If you work business hours or have a busy day with the kids, a Wednesday evening appointment means you don’t have to take time off to see a GP.
Choose the right medical clinic that offers consistent and friendly care, the kind that supports the long-term health of the community and contributes to a better quality of life. Choosing Pallara Medical can support you and your family’s health journey.
Our commitment to your reproductive health goes beyond simply outlining available methods. We provide in-depth counselling that delves into the nuances of each option, discussing not just efficacy and administration but also potential side effects, long-term implications, and how different choices might fit in well with your current lifestyle and future family planning aspirations.
Following any minor procedure, we provide clear, detailed instructions for at-home care, including wound dressing advice and guidance on managing any post-procedure discomfort.

Medical Certificates
If you’re too unwell to work or study, your GP can assess you and provide a medical certificate. Certificates are issued after a consultation, so book an appointment as early in the day as you can.
Our range of services means patients can often have multiple needs met in a single visit, reducing the need to go to multiple locations or specialists unless necessary.
Urine drug testing serves a very specific purpose for occupational health assessments, commercial licence medicals, or other formal requirements. It is specifically designed to detect the presence of certain illicit substances or prescription medications that could impair safety or performance.
Our commitment to these in-person consultations is a fundamental aspect of our practice. As we strictly adhere to these protocols, we cannot backdate referrals under any circumstances. This policy ensures we align with essential medical and privacy standards.
