• Free parking: free on-site parking is available at the shopping village, right at the door.
• Languages: Dr Navjot Brar (Dr Nav) provides care in English and Punjabi.
• Opening hours: Monday 8:30am–4:30pm, Tuesday 8:30am–5:30pm, Wednesday 8:30am–9:00pm, Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm, Friday 8:30am–4:30pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Pallara Medical is a mixed billing practice.

• Bulk billing: children under 16 and pensioners are bulk billed.
• Health Care Card holders: a discounted fee applies. Please show your card when you check in.
• All other patients: a private fee applies, and you can claim the Medicare rebate back on the day.

Fees for longer consultations and procedures may vary. Please ask reception or call us on 07 3100 7111 for current fees before your appointment.

• In an emergency, call 000.
• Outside opening hours, call 13SICK (13 74 25) for an after-hours GP home visit.

• Your Medicare card, and your pension or Health Care Card if you have one.
• A list of your current medications, or the medications themselves.
• Any referral letters, recent test results or letters from specialists.
• Your completed Health Summary Form (below), if you haven’t sent it already.

New patients can complete their health summary online before their first appointment. This helps your doctor understand your health history and saves time at your visit.
